Exhibition Opening | Totally Transient Truly Indelible

Sunaparanta Goa Centre for the Arts is pleased to invite you to the opening of Totally Transient Truly Indelible, an exhibition marking the culmination of Edition V of the Sunaparanta Art Initiator Lab (SAIL) 2025–2026.
 
The exhibition brings together nine creative practitioners working across diverse disciplines and mediums, exploring how moments, sensations, places and memories continue to shape us long after they have changed or disappeared.
 
Presented as the culmination of a ten-month mentorship programme guided by art historian Lina Vincent, Totally Transient Truly Indelible reflects a journey of critical dialogue, experimentation and reflection. Through explorations of memory, ecology, heritage, landscape, sound, materiality and the everyday, the artists consider what remains after an experience has passed.
 
Rather than preserving fleeting moments as fixed records, the works reveal the subtle traces our encounters with the world leave behind. Engaging sight, sound, smell, touch and taste, the exhibition invites audiences to move beyond passive observation and consider the invisible archives carried within us—the impressions left by people, places and experiences.
