3-day Bamboo Craft Workshop with Bhisaji Gadekar & Smt. Shilpa Gaude | 19 to 21 February 2021 | 10.30 am

Sunaparanta Goa Centre for the Arts presents a 3-day workshop with contemporary artist Bhisaji Gadekar & bamboo weaver, Smt. Shilpa Gaude (Dept of Handicraft, Textile & Coir, Govt. of Goa).

This workshop brings together the traditional craftsmanship of bamboo weaving and its contemporary use in fashion and design.  Participants will be introduced to the basics of this ancient technique of weaving and will learn how to make modern-day design products.

This workshop is in collaboration with Goa Open Arts.
